| 摘 要： | 运用“健康第一”的新教育思想审视高校体育教育改革,采用文献资料法、归纳法等,对大学生的健康状况,体育教育与健康教育的关系,体育教育中健康教育的重要性及基本思路进行了探讨,指出“健康第一”,“以人为本”是21世纪高校体育教育发展的基本理念和价值取向。
