| 摘 要： | 1993年,中科院开始对所属研究所进行系统评价,10多年来,中国科学院根据各研究所不同发展阶段的特点不断完善和调整评价方法.从评价逻辑模型来看,中科院研究所评价大致可分为定量排名的逻辑模型和多信号决策的逻辑模型.结合中科院研究所评价实践对这两大评价模型进行了分析,并探讨了中科院未来可能的关键指标标杆的评价模型.

| Abstract: | From 1993, research institutes in Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) were evaluated systematically. From then on, the evaluation methods were adjusted and polished constantly according to the development status of the research institutes. In this paper, two logical models for the institute evaluation in CAS were summarized, which were named the quantitative-ranking logical model and the multi-signal logical model.
