摘    要:员工心理契约与企业文化共同渊源于个体的价值观,这种价值观深深地根植于企业的制度框架中。员工心理契约“个性”与企业文化“共性”的良性互动是推动企业前进的原动力。孕育员工与企业共同成长的心理契约.必须融入企业文化之中。企业文化作为集体价值观和行为准则的集合体,为企业提供了行为的框架、准则和价值体系,使员工的行为自觉遵守基于文化认知的“心理约定”,

Abstract:The staff psychology contract and enterprise culture commonly origin in the individual values, this kind of values is deeply rooted in enterprise's system frame. Benign interaction staff between psychology contract "individuality" and enterprise culture "collectivity" is the driving force promoting enterprise advance. Breeds psychological contract which the staff and enterprise growing together, must integrate in the enterprise culture. The enterprise culture takes the collective values and the standard of conduct aggregate, has provided the behavior frame, the criterion and the value system for the enterprise, causes staff's behavior on own initiative to observe "the psychological agreement" based on the cultural cognition.
