| 摘 要： | 当代大学生的需要结构是多层次、多方面的。其中既有积极的、中性的合理需要,也有消极的、不合理的需要。在对大学生进行思想政治教育时,应针对其需求结构的不同特点采取不同的措施。在深入进行思想政治教育时,应着重把握三个问题：一是从大学生是人这个共性,以及当代大学生的特性出发,针对大学生思想问题产生的社会、心理、生理根源,有的放矢地进行思想政治教育;二是从人权思想和权利观念出发,平等地对待大学生,尊重、关心、理解大学生,把“情”、“理”、“法”结合起来进行思想政治教育;三是从升华和实现大学生人生价值的角度出发。思想政治教育力戒片面性,既要重视大学生自身素质的提高,又要重视学校和全社会为实现大学生人生价值创造必要的条件。

| Abstract: | The needs of presentday college students vary at different respects and levels.Some are positive,normal or neutral while others are negative and abnormal.When we conduct their political ideological education,besides applying different ways to handle all kinds of affairs,three essential focuses must be kept in mind.First,we should take students' social,psychological and physiological characteristics into consideration.Second,we should grasp the conception of human rights and the relationship of "law,emotion,reason",and respect,understand and care for students with equality.Third,never should we take onesided approaches to handle problems.What's more,at the same time of improving students'character quality,we should try our best to let them achieve their value in society. |
