| 摘 要： | 随着我国远程教育的蓬勃发展,有关远程教育的质量问题引起了社会的广泛关注。远程教育在快速发展的同时却在一定程度上陷入了质量困境之中。远程教育质量不仅具有多样性,而且具有同一性,两者是辩证统一的。新型远程教育质量观的树立,对指导远程教育的持续、健康发展具有重要的实践意义。

| Abstract: | With the prosperous development of distance education in China,the quality of distance education has aroused common concern.As distance education has rapidly developed,the issue of quality has become more crucial.However,the quality of distance education has the characteristics of both variety and identity,which are dialectical.The viewpoint of new quality of distance education has an important practical significance on the sustainable and sound development of distance education. |
