| Abstract: | There were many competitive multi-powers in Western Europe in middle age,which forced authorities to govern under law,and at the same time people under government got rights and liberties to choose which authority to be subject to in order to make his own interests biggest.Those experiences became import resource of the western society tradition of rule of law.And those also will do good to rule of law construction in China. |
