| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法对中国竞技体育高淘汰与人才浪费等问题进行分析。结果显示：高淘汰是国内外竞技体育的普遍现象；中国还存在竞技人才利用率偏低、甚至出现人才浪费的现象；高淘汰和人才浪费并非因果关系。同时对提高中国竞技人才利用率的改革作了思考和展望。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature,the author analyzes the high elimination and waste of sports talents in China.The results indicate that the high elimination in sport is a comprehensive phenomenon in both China and foreign countries.Although there is a serious waste of sports telants in China,the relationship between the high elimination and the waste of telants is not cause and effect.The author therefor makes a consideration and expectation on increasing the use of sports talents in China. |
