| 摘 要： | 对犯有腐败行为的国家公职人员政治心理进行分析,得出内因才是事物发展变化根据的结论;指出政治行为体腐败政治心理的形成大都经历了一个由自发到稳定的过程,这一过程也决定了腐败形态也要经历一个从自发到自觉的演变;从政治心理层面,提出当前防腐倡廉、根治腐败的若干见解。

| Abstract: | By analyzing civil servants' political psychology of corruption, this essay concludes that internal causes are the basic reason for the development and changes of things. The formation of political psychology of corruption always undergoes a process from spontaneity to steadiness, which determines the change of corruption from spontaneity to willingness. The authors come up with the ideas to get rid of corruption. |
