明胶-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共混膜的结构及性能研究

摘    要:利用溶液共混法成功制备了新型生物膜材料——明胶-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混膜,通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、透光率测试表征了共混膜的结构形貌,同时分别考察了溶液pH、NaCl溶液浓度对共混膜吸水率的影响,测定了不同配比共混膜的吸湿性、抗张强度和断裂伸长率。结果表明,共混膜中聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)与明胶具有较强的相互作用和良好的相容性。共混膜具有一定的pH敏感性和盐敏性,良好的吸湿性和力学性能,为共混膜在生物医学领域的应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Geiatin-polyvinyl pyrrolidone blend film were prepared successfully by solution method, and characterized by FT-IR, SEM, optical transm ittance. Meanwhile, the influence of the pH and density of Nad's solution to absorptivity of the water of the blend film is checked, and the hygroscopicty , tensile strength ,and brearing elongation of the blend film of different proportions are tested. The results show that the polyvinyl pyrrolidone and Gelatin of the blend film have strong interaction and good compatibility. The pH-sensitivity, salt-sensitivity, good hygroscopicty and mechanical properties of blend film are provided for theory basis its using in the field of the biomedicine.
