| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the content and features of users' perceived value,the article discusses the relationship between the users' perceived value and the library's core competence relations.The construction of the library's core competence based on users' perceived value is being elaborated through library culture,librarians' quality,integration of the resources,business process reengineering,management of users' relationship and the mechanism of service recovery. |
