摘    要:元认知能力是自主学习能力的一个重要维度.检验大学英语听力自主学习模式的教学效果也可以从发展元认知能力的角度.配对样本t检验结果显示,经过三个学期的自主学习,学生的元认知能力并没有显著地变化.对于学生自主学习基本情况的调查也能很好地说明这一结果.最后,从几个方面分析了出现这种结果的原因,并指出当前最主要的任务是理清自主学习的概念,探明新的教学模式.

Abstract:Metacognition is an important parameter of autonomous learning ability. The autonomous learning gains can be explored from the perspective of metacognition. The new teaching model of college English listening is investigated during three semesters through questionnaire. The result from paired sample t test indicates that there is no significant difference between the second and fourth semester with respect to students' metacognition. This result is also verified by students'opinion of autonomous learning model. Finally, the reasons are analyzed from some aspects and it is suggested that currently the most important matter is to clarify the concept of autonomous learning and continue exploring this new teaching model.
