大学生心理资本对学习倦怠和学业成就的影响及其调节效应研究——以新余学院为例

摘    要:对新余学院400名大学生进行问卷调查,采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,分析人口统计学变量的差异和探讨大学生心理资本对学习倦怠和学业成就的影响及心理资本在学习倦怠与学业成就中的调节效应。结果发现:心理资本及五个因子对学业成就具有显著的正向预测作用;心理资本及五个因子对学习倦怠具有显著的负性预测效应;学习倦怠对学业成就有显著的负性影响;心理资本在学习倦怠对学业成就中没有显著的调节效应。

Abstract:This study uses questionnaires to survey 400 students of Xinyu College,adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,analyzes the difference of demography variables and discusses the impacts of psychological capital on learning burnout and academic achievement and its contingency effect.The results show that:psychological capital and five factors have a significant positive prediction function on academic achievement; learning burnout has significantly negative effect on academic achievement; psychological capital cannot moderate the negative impact of learning burnout on academic achievement.
