贵阳市少数民族乡镇学前教育教师培养途径研究

摘    要:通过对贵阳市少数民族乡镇学前教育师资的基本情况问卷调查与实地调研发现,当前贵阳市少数民族乡镇学前教育师资中存在着整体水平滞后、师资缺乏、发展缓慢、少数民族民间文化失传严重等问题;基于调查结果,从财政投入、建立师范生培养制度、调整培养内容、完善救助体系等方面提出了改善贵阳市少数民族乡镇学前教育师资现状的策略和建议。

Abstract:Based on the data from questionnaires and surveys on preschool teacher training in minority towns and villages in Guiyang City,it is concluded that there are some problems in the field in terms of professional abilities,shortage of teachers,imbalanced development and deprivation of folk culture. It is proposed that some countermeasures should be applied for the problems,covering financial support,normal school education and training,education contents and social assistance.
