| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员的情商影响着思想政治教育的成效,因此培养高校辅导员的情商既是培养合格大学生的需要,也是提升辅导员综合能力的需要。本文在阐述了加强辅导员情商教育必要性的基础上提出了提升辅导员情商的途径。

| Abstract: | The lack of EQ of college counselors can have an impact on the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students,and then the good EQ of college counselors can not only foster positive and confident college students but also help counselors accelerate their own comprehensive ability and work effectively.Some suggestions are given to foster and promote the EQ of counselors on the basis of analyzing the necessity of strengthening the EQ of counselors. |
