| 摘 要： | 人才培养是大学的首要职责,教学工作是大学的中心工作。然而,在有些大学特别是研究型大学里,出现了忽视教学的现象,这引起了人们的普遍关注。本文将主要以美国研究型大学与国内一些大学为例,分析这一现象产生的原因,并指出从制度和机制两方面解决这一问题的思路。

| Abstract: | It should regard "teaching" as the first priority in the universities.However,it was shown that "teaching" was neglected sometimes in the universities,especially in Research Universities,which was brought to people's attention generally.This paper will analyze why the foregoing phenomena have appeared by studying the practice of Research Universities in United States and some universities of our country.Finally,the authors propose several suggestions in institution and mechanism to solve the problem. |
