基于跨理论模型的认知行为干预对体质健康突出问题大学生运动行为影响的实验研究

摘    要:以跨理论模型为基础,探讨认知行为干预对体质健康突出问题大学生运动行为的影响。结果表明,认知行为干预后,实验组和对照组在运动阶段、规律运动行为、知觉运动利益、运动乐趣和运动改变方法等方面差异显著,而在知觉运动障碍方面差异不显著性。追踪研究结果进一步验证了基于跨理论模型的认知行为干预的有效性,表明认知行为干预有利于提高健康突出问题大学生运动行为水平。

Abstract:This paper examined the effect of cognitive-behavioral intervention on based transtheoretical model(TTM) on the exercise behavior among undergraduates with outstanding problems of physical fitness and health.The result showed that the differences were significant in the stage of exercise,regular exercise behavior,perceived benefits of exercise,enjoyment of exercise and processes of change for exercise,but not significant in the perceived barriers of exercise.The longitudinal study further examined the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral intervention which was conducive to enhancing the level of exercise behavior among undergraduates with outstanding problems of physical fitness and health.
