| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法对合肥市包河区老年人参与体育健身动机、体育消费情况展开调查研究。调查结果表明,老年人参与健身活动的动机主要是增强体质,体育消费主要用于体育类书刊和健身器材等方面。

| Abstract: | The present paper investigates and discusses the exercise motivation and related consumption of senior citizens in Baohe District,Hefei City,by means of literature and stuff method and questionnaire.The study shows that they participate in exercises in order to build up their bodies and their consumption involves sport magazines and fitness instruments. |
