| 摘 要： | 实验证明：汲取软式排球、气排球等群众性排球运动难度低、易开展的优点;采用大幅度降低网高、相对固定位置、放宽规则尺度等弱化竞技排球的教学理念既保留了竞技排球运动的对抗与刺激、又保证让大多数普通学生快速入门。可以明显提高普通学生的成功体验和对排球运动的兴趣,学生参与的积极性显著提高。该教学理念为深化排球教学改革、促进排球运动的普及与发展不失为有益的尝试。

| Abstract: | The experiments show that draw soft volleyball,gas volleyball and other popularity volleyballs advantages,just as low degree of difficulty,easy to carry out;with a significant reduction in net high,relatively fixed location,such as relaxation of rules and weaken the competitive volleyball teaching philosophy can significantly improve the average student the successful experience and interest in the sport of volleyball,so easy for beginners to introduce the students to participate in the initiative significantly increased.The teaching ideas for deepening the reform of volleyball teaching and promote the popularization and development of volleyball may be a good useful attempt. |
