| 摘 要： | 通过对我国退役竞技运动员的安置问题进行分析后可知,现在退役运动员的安置现状不容乐观。针对这一问题,笔者提出了解决困扰运动员和运动队问题的对策,同时提倡社会大力支持退役竞技运动员安置工作,增强退役运动员的就业竞争力,增大退役运动员的再就业的成功机率,解决现役运动员的后顾之忧。
