| 摘 要： | 知识产权保护是维系高等院校在知识经济时代生存发展的重要保障，本文从高等院校在知识经济中的地位与作用出发，阐明其知识产权保护的重要必,针对当前我国高校知识产权管理不规范而造成的知识产权流失，提出加强高校知识产权保障应采取的相关对策与措施。
