| 摘 要： | 为当地经济发展输送合格的高级应用型人才是地方本科院校进行教学改革、实现培养目标的艰巨任务。实践教学改革是教学改革的重要内容,是达成"应用型人才"这一目标重大内容改革之一,但面临实习难这一问题。积极与煤矿企业联合,积极探索和实施顶岗实习的实践教学模式改革,是地方本科院校进行教学改革的有益尝试。

| Abstract: | Training professionals for local economic development is a difficult task of teaching reform to local college. The practice teaching reform is an important content of the teaching reform and it is one of the impor-tant goals for traning applied talents. But it is a difficult problem on practice. Actively joint coal enterprises and actively explore and working practice of the teaching reform is a beneficial attempt for local college. |
