递增负荷训练诱导的动情周期抑制大鼠甲状腺超微结构与功能变化的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨递增负荷训练诱导的动情周期抑制的大鼠甲状腺超微结构与功能的变化,进一步阐明运动性月经失调的发生机制。将35只成熟、健康的雌性2月龄大鼠随机分为:对照组(C)、递增负荷训练7周组(Ta其中有7只为恢复1周Tar组)、5周组(Tb)、3周组(TC)。结果:随运动负荷递增,大鼠阴道中底层细胞数量运用增加,第7用最高;Ta、Tb组大鼠甲状腺腺泡上皮细胞胞浆内粗面内质网扩张,出现较多的分泌大泡和合成泡及变性坏死的细胞;恢复1周后,粗面内质网异常扩张,有较多的溶酶体;Ta、Tar组大鼠血清TSH浓度较C组有高度显著性差异(P〈0.01);Ta组大鼠训练前3周饮食量最高,3周后随训练强度增大饮食量下降;训练前后Ta组大鼠体重增幅明显低于C组(P〈0.05)。结论:7周训练诱导了大鼠动情周期抑制和甲状腺功能的减退。提示,甲状腺功能减退是.AMI发生机制之一。

Abstract:This paper discussed the effects of exercise-induced function change of thyroidal gland on estrum restrain of rats in order to further explore the mechanism of AMI.35 female Healthy SD rats were at random divided into five groups: control group (C),training for 7 weeks (Ta) and rest for one week (Tar),training for 5 weeks (Tb),training for 3 weeks (Tc).The result showed that with the increase of exercise load,the desquamated middle or bottom-level cells of vagina increased week by week and reached the highest at seven week.In Ta and Tb group,the Rough Endplasmic Reticulum (RER) obviously dilated in the follicular epithelium cells of thyiod gland.More big secretion vesicles and compound vesicles and necrotic cells were observed.After one week recovery,RER was highly dilated and Lysosome manifold.The level of serum TSH of Ta and Tar group in rats obviously increased comparing with C group (P< 0.01).The diet of Ta group in rats was gradually decreasing with exercise intensity increasing after three weeks.The weight increasing of pre and post-training in Ta group was significantly lower than that of C group (P<0.05).It concluded that the incremental training could result in both restrained estrum and hypothyroidism in rats.It suggested that hypothyroidism could be one of the mechanisms of AMI.
