| 摘 要： | 陕西民办高等教育经过二十多年的发展,发扬励精图治、与时俱进、不断进取的精神。特别在《民办教育促进法》及其实施条例颁布后,发生了更为深刻的变化,一直在全国同行保持着领先的地位。本文就2007年陕西民办高等教育呈现的十大特点加以阐述。
