| Abstract: | Based on the position of structuring modern Chinese legal culture,the concept looks back at the process of modernization of chinese traditional legal culture,and the text tries hard to find experience and analyse restraint,seeking to examine closely the relation between historic experience and current legal cultural construction in terms of modern Chinese legal cultural construction,especially the enlightenment to that modern Chinese legal culture structuring. |
