公共图书馆社会教育职能服务性的策略研究

摘    要:文章采取实地调查与文献研究相结合方式,有效体现十七大精神“普遍均等,惠及全民”的指导思想。通过自身实践研究,积极探索公共图书馆的社会教育职能,更尤其关注民众热点问题的研究以及弱势群体基本学习需求服务的研究,积极倡导社会化学习,以促进全民继续教育、继续学习的社会终身教育职能的发展策略。
