| 摘 要： | 通过实验对游泳运动后的大白鼠施以高压氧，观察其心肌的显微结构和超微结构，实验结果表明：施以高压氧的大白鼠心肌结构恢复到训练前的水平，心肌组织毛细血管丰富；心肌细胞糖元增多，线粒体发达，肌原纤维排列整齐。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,we put high pressure oxygen on a white rat which has just finished swimming,and then we observe the micro-structure and the extremely tiny structure of the cardiac muscle.The results shows the cardiac muscle structure of white rats which have been put under high pressure oxygen recover to the level before training.The blood capillary of cardiac muscle tissue is abundant and the glycogen of cardiac muscle cells increase.The string and pellet substance develop and the muscle fiber appears in good order. |
