| Abstract: | In the recent years the circles of the enterprises and the learning have focused on the enterpriser motivation, so enterpriser motivation become a hot point. This paper definite what is the enterpriser motivation, expound the corpration bargain theory, manpower capital theory, consign-surrogaet theory, It analyzes mode and causes of the enterprise behaviors. On this basis expatiate the theorries and methodw of enterpriser matter-motivation, energy-motivation, esterior father restrictions and inside father rertrictions of emterprise. |
