| 摘 要： | 邓小平激励思想是建设有中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要组成部分。从管理学的角度看，邓小平激励思想在激励基础和激励手段运用方面与西方激励理论均存有趋同之处，这些都在很大程度上体现着管理的本质特征。

| Abstract: | DENG Xiao-ping's stimulation thoughts are an important part of theoretical system of constructing socialism with Chinese characters.From the perspective of management,his thoughts share some similarities with the encouragement theory of the West in encouragement basis and the stimulating means,which in a large extent demonstrate the nature of management. |
