| 摘 要： | 随着全民健身运动的不断发展,对社会体育指导员的需求量越来越大。只有具备良好综合素质的健身指导员才能具备市场竞争力,才能更好的胜任此工作。文章对长沙市17家健身俱乐部健美操指导员的年龄结构、性别结构、学历层次、技术等级等情况进行了调查和分析,旨在促进长沙市健美操指导员队伍的壮大和建设提供理论参考,为俱乐部的未来发展提出借鉴,以促进长沙市健美操健身市场的快速良性的发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of the national fitness, we need more and more fitness instructors. Only we have a good quality of fitness instructors, it can have enough competition in the market and handle this job more fluently. By investigating the present situation of 17 fitness clubs aerobics instructors in Changsha city, this paper analyzes the aerobics instructor of the age structure, gender structure, educational levels and technical level by means of using literature and questionnaire. The main purpose is to promote the aerobics instructor team and provide the theoretical reference for further development of the clubs rapidly. |
