| 摘 要： | 李斯作为秦朝政变的核心人物, 他的思想与秦朝的命运息息相关。李斯的功利观源自于法家的人性理论, 而“帝王之术”是法家人性理论的具体体现, 通过研究“术治”理论及李斯坎坷的一生就会发现, 李斯的功利观与秦朝的短暂存在密切相关, 李斯为了得之不易的功名利禄而拥立胡亥继位, 使秦朝的暴政进一步恶化, 加速了秦朝的灭亡。

| Abstract: | LI Si was the key figure of coup in Qin Dynasty. His ideas are called utilitarianism, which originated from the theory of human nature presented by Legalists in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods, were closely related to Qin's destiny. Monarchy trickery is the concrete manifestation of the theory of human nature. Through the research of Monarch Trickery Theory and LI Si's lifetime of frustrations, the author states that LI Si's utilitarianism has close connection with Qin's short duration: helping Hu Hai succeed as a king for the sake of keeping his official rank makes the tyranny in Qin Dynasty further deteriorate and accelerates the destruction of Qin Dynasty. |
