| 摘 要： | Publication Scheme是英国大学信息自由政策的重要组成部分。本文在分析英国Publication Scheme适用范围的基础上,系统阐述了Publication Scheme的发展状况,然后将适用于英国大学的Publication Scheme与我国大学信息公开指南进行比较分析,指出我国大学信息公开指南中存在的不足,并提出了一些创新性的启示。

| Abstract: | Publication Scheme is the important part of University information free policy in Britain.Based on the analysis of the application scope of Publication Scheme in Britain,this article elaborates systematically the development status of Publication Scheme,and compares the Publication Scheme used in British University with University information publicity guide in China.It also points out the shortcomings in our country's University information publicity guide,and proposes some innovative enlightenments. |
