| 摘 要： | 邓小平作为中国共产党第二代领导集体的挂心，面对新的彤势和任务，深刻认识到农民问题不仅是新民主主义革命成败的关键，也是社会主义现代化建设成败的关键，对解决农民问题提出了一系列的符合时代要求和中因国情的战略构想。为解决农民问题指明了方向。这些构想，对今天解决农民问题有极大的启示。

| Abstract: | As the core of the second leadership of the Communist Party of China , facing new situations and tasks, Deng Xiaoping deeply realizes that the peasant problem is not only the key factor of the success or failure of the new democratic revolution, but also the crux of the success or failure of socialist modernization. He raises a series of strategic ideas that meet the requirement of the time and the national situation of China, pointing out the direction of solving China's peasant problem. His ideas provide some revelations for us to solve today's peasant problem. |
