| 摘 要： | 高校统战工作是党统战工作的有机组成部分和重要方面军,是新世纪新阶段党的统战工作的缩影与窗口。高校统战工作的好坏将直接制约着高校发展步伐与培养人才的质量。本文围绕"加强高校统战工作的客观需要、加强高校统战工作的紧迫性、加强高校统战工作的意义与新举措"进行分析研究。笔者相信:只要高校统战工作者解放思想、与时俱进,不断探索高校统战工作的新特点、新规律,创造性地开展高校统战工作新局面,定能为高校和谐、快速发展做出更大贡献。

| Abstract: | As an essential part of CCP work in a new phase,college united front work influences the development of both colleges and talents on campus.The article intends to analyze multiple aspects of college united fronted work in terms of required objectives,relevant significance and pioneer acts.The author believes that college united front work helps contribute to the promotion of a harmonious college atmosphere as the teaching staff in the field continues to explore new characteristics and orientations featured in the work along with recent trend of the society. |
