| 摘 要： | 激励是根据人的需要、动机、目的和行为，对人进行某种刺激以发掘人的积极因素，调动和发挥其才能、智慧和潜力，以达到既定目标的行为过程。根据工作对象的实际，我们应该适时对其进行目标激励，或期望激励、典型激励、情感激励、信任激励、评价激励等。
