| 摘 要： | 距离控制能力可体现出散手实战水平的高低，通过对散打距离的重新划分，简析对培养精确距离感的作用，使学员更加有效地运用不同的距离作战，不断提高利用距离控制对手的能力．以达到全面提高散手实战水平的目的。
