| 摘 要： | 民族区域自治是我国的一项基本民族政策,也是我国的一项基本政治制度。民族区域自治作为民族地区大众传媒政策设计的高层指导因素,决定着民族地区大众传媒业的发展趋势。就传媒政策而言,各自治地方以《民族区域自治法》为依托,因地制宜地补充制定了相关的规定、条例等政策。毋庸置疑,民族区域自治推动了自治地方大众传媒业的发展,同时,需要清醒认识的是,民族区域自治并非、也不应当是推动自治地方大众传媒业发展的唯一因素。

| Abstract: | The regional autonomy of ethnic minorities is a basic national policy in our country and a basic politic system in our country. The regional autonomy of ethnic minorities, as a high - level guid- ance factor of mass media policy of ethnic minority area design, determines the development trend of mass media industry in the minority areas. As for Media policy, on the basis of the law of regional au- tonomy of ethnic minorities each autonomous area supplements and formulates related regulations, rules and other policies which are suitable for the local conditions. There is no doubt that the law of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities promoted the development of mass media industry. At the same time, it needs a clear understanding that the regional autonomy of ethnic minorities is not and should not be the only factor to promote the development of local mass media of autonomous industry. |
