摘    要:目的:探索分离纯化严格厌氧微生物的方法。方法:运用微生物学基础理论和Hungate厌氧操作系统,采用滚管分离培养方法对厌氧消化器中甲烷菌进行富集、滚管分离纯化。结果:获得甲烷菌纯培养。结论:Hungate滚管分离培养技术方法可靠,分离的效果好,投资不大,适用于各种厌氧微生物的分离和培养。

Abstract:The objective is to explore the way of separating and purifying anaerobic microorganism. This paper uses the basic theories of microbiology and the operating system of Hungate anaerobe and a- dopts roiling tube separation to enrich, roll -tube, separate and purify the methanoarchaea in the an- aerobic digester. The results show that the purely cultivated methanoarchaea is obtained. The conclu- sion demonstrates that roll tube cuhivation method is reliable, the effect of separation is good, the in- vestment is small, therefore, this technology is suitable for separation and cultivation of all kinds of an- aerobic microorganisms.
