| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛同志在纪念党的十一届三中全会召开30周年大会上的讲话中提出“人民群众是党的力量源泉和胜利之本”的观点，其哲学理论依据是马克思主义唯物史观关于人民群众是历史的创造者的观点。坚持人民群众是党的力量源泉和胜利之本的观点，共产党必须坚持“三个代表”、坚持“三为”、坚持“三个有利于”、坚持“三问”。
