| 摘 要： | 依据有关文献和对部分专家进行访谈，并结合人体身体素质发育的、运动训练学的基本原理以及国外足球发达国家的经验，对足球身体素质和技战术训练特点进行分析，探讨中国足球训练思想体系存在的主要问题。主要结论：（1）身体素质训练不利于运动员的综合素质的提高；（2）心理和情感训练不足制约了运动员进一步的发展；（3）文化素质的欠缺限制了球员对足球的理解能力和到海外的发展；（4）训练手段的科学化程度的欠缺制约了中国足球的发展。

| Abstract: | Carrying on interview to some experts and according to relevant documents,and combine human physique development,the movement trains the experience of basic principle and foreign football developed country studied,this article analyze to the football physique and skill tactical training characteristic,probe into the subject matter that the Chinese football trains the ideological system and exists.Main conclusion:(1)The specialization too early trains the improvement of the overall qualities unfavorable to the athlete;(2)Psychology and affective education have restricted athlete's further development short of training;(3)To short of sportsman restrain football from understand ability and overseas to develop cultural dynamics;(4)The development of the Chinese football were restricted by Shortage of scientific degree in training. |
