| 摘 要： | 一般来说，我们可以把新中国成立60年来，党、国家与社会格局的演变分为两个大的阶段，每个阶段又大致为“30年”。第一个“30年”是对党、国家和社会的关系进行了初步探索，形成了党、国家和社会三位一体的格局。第二个“30年”是党、国家与社会的关系逐渐从三位一体的格局向各自相对自主的格局转型。党、国家与社会格局演变60年的现实启示是党必须增强执政意识，正确定位自身的角色，必须发展党内民主以及规范党、国家和社会的功能边界。
