| 摘 要： | 音乐在陶冶情操、完善人格、提高人文素养等诸多方面都有着积极的作用,所以音乐教育也是我国开展素质教育的一项重要内容。高校音乐教育应在培养音乐技能和提高音乐素养方面,实施有效的公共音乐艺术课程教学和校园音乐文化建设,进而推进我国高等院校素质教育事业的新发展。

| Abstract: | Music plays an important role in cultivating one＇s character,perfecting the personality and enhancing the selfcu-ltivation.Hence,music education has been one of the most important subjects of our quality education.This article aims to point that music education of college should focus on enhancing music skills and disposition of college students by setting up public music course and construction of music culture,which would help to the development of quality education in general universities. |
