| 摘 要： | 深入开展校企合作是高职高专院校办出职业特色、培养职业技能型人才的必由之路。对于财会类技能性较强的专业,加强并深入广泛开展校企合作尤为重要,所以必须从各方面保障校企合作的顺利开展。本文仅从制度保障方面进行探析,认为应从制作校企合作工作指南、建立适合于校企合作的教学设计制度、建立师资队伍实训制度、建立与企业共建共享校内外实训基地的合作机制等方面出发,加强制度建设,保障财会专业校企合作的顺利实施。

| Abstract: | The further development of school-enterprise cooperation is the only way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate skilled talents especially for financial acounting major,so every measures should be taken to ensure the sucessful development of school-enterprise cooperation.On the basis of the analysis of system guarantee aspect,this artical thinks that sevaral aspects should be taken into consideration to ensure the sucessful implementation of school-enterprise cooperation. |
