| 摘 要： | 企业集群的形成与要素的流动有密切关系，而要素的流动又受到多方面因素的影响。在已有的研究基础上，以均衡为基点，引入了“套利条件”，进一步讨论资本要素在垄断竞争、报酬递增及冰山型交易成本条件下的流动与企业集群形成的关系。研究发现，在不同的交易成本水平下，完全资本流动下的企业集群与区域市场规模以及初始资本分布有关。

| Abstract: | The formation of enterprise cluster is closely connected with the circulation of main elements, and the circulation of main elements is affected by many factors. Based upon the given research and equilibrium, the relationship between formation of enterprise cluster and circulation of main elements under the condition of monopoly competition, payment increment and iceberg-type transaction. Research indicates that under different levels of transaction cost, enterprise cluster under complete capital circulation is connected with local market scale and initial capital distribution. |
