| 摘 要： | 应用扫描电镜对鸭绿江茴鱼例线上鳞、侧线下鳞和侧线鳞进行了形态结构的观察．研究结果表明，鸭绿江茴鱼体表鳞片外形呈近圆形，分为项区、基区和侧区三个部分；顶区边缘光滑呈波浪状，区内分布有瘤状或锥状突起；基区的鳞纹较少，年轮线处鳞纹密集排列；侧区较为平直光滑，无鳞沟。

| Abstract: | The surface structure of scales, above lateral line, below lateral line and in lateral line, of the Thymallus arcticus yaluensis were observed using scanning electron microscope. These results indicate that： the outline of the scale is similar in form of a circle and a scale includes three parts： apical, lateral and basal. There are some wavy scales at the edge of the apical and there are strumae and conic processes in apical. There are a small amount circuii in basal. The circuiis in the annual ring line are dense. Lateral is level and smooth with no radii. |
