| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨护理学基础实验教学质量对提高护生综合技能的影响。方法 采用对比法。以110名护生为实验组，采用实验教学改革方法，进行教学；以112名护生为对比组采用传统讲授方法。结果 采用实验教学改革方法的实验组护生无论从护理操作技能上。还是各主干护理课程上成绩明显高于采用传统讲授法的对照组。结论 运用现代护理教育理论，重视护理学基础实验教学改革，不但提高该实验教学内容的教学质量，而且能提高护生的整体素质和综合技能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve students' comprehensive ability of basic nursing through the reform of experimental teaching. Method:Control study was taken.One hundred and ten nurse students were in the experimental group.They received reformed teaching.One hundred and twelve nurse students were in the control group.They received traditional teaching.Result:The nursing skills were much better and the students' scores were much higher in the experimental group than in the control group.Conclusion:With modern theory of nursing education,the reform of experimental teaching of basic nursing may not only improve the teaching but also enhance the students' whole quality and comprehensive ability. |
