| 摘 要： | 当前，随着城市化进程的加快，我国出现了大量的边缘社区。边缘社区空间的变化，不仅使得社会问题增多，同时也弱化了党组织自身的建设。强化边缘社区党组织建设，同时充分发挥党组织在社区工作中的作用，加速边缘社区转型，必须从社区的具体实际和面临的问题出发，明确党组织在集中居住社区的领导核心地位，确保党组织在社区各类组织机构中的主导作用；转变党的工作机制，强化党组织的利益整合功能，维护社区的稳定与和谐；寻求财力支持，建立稳定的工作经费保障制度；借助当前构建城乡统筹的基层党建活动以及党员进社区活动等契机，寻找社区党组织的发展点与生长点；加强人力资源与制度规范环节，引领社区党员与群众共同进步。

| Abstract: | At present, with the accelerating process of urbanization, there are a large number of edge communities in our country. This article carries on research of the party building issues in the edge community on the basis of investiga- tion in Suzhou. Firstly, this article analyzes the challenges of some new social problems for the party building in the edge community. Then this article analyzes many problems about self-construction of party organization in the edge community. Finally, this article puts forward the ideas about how to strengthen party building and how to play the role of party organizations in the edge community. |
