| 摘 要： | 论文从分析影响产业优化升级的因素入手,详细分析泛亚铁路(东线)对区域产业优化升级各种途径的影响,重点分析区域产业优化升级的各种途径。得出区域产业不但要利用区外国内产业转移的契机,更要利用国外发达国家或地区的资本和先进技术,来实现区域产业的跨越式发展。而要实现区域产业的跨越式发展,要积极改善其它一些相关因素,如科学技术、人力资本等。

| Abstract: | The thesis,firstly,analyses the factors of influencing industrial optimization and upgrading.Secondly,analyses in detail how Fanya Railroad influences the various channels of the optimization and upgrading of the regional industries,and emphasizes the analysis of the various ways of the optimization and upgrading of the regional industries.Lastly,the thesis has a conclusion that the regional industries,not only make use of the opportunity of industry transfer of the other area of the domestic,but also make use of capital and advanced technology of the developed countries or regions to achieve the leapfrog development,and that,to achieve the leapfrog development in the region,the region should actively improve the other relevant factors of the region,such as science and technology s and human capital,etc. |
