| 摘 要： | 信息时代网络的、电子的，多媒体的信息资源层出不穷，然而传统的纸本书刊资源如何继续辉煌，发挥其效用，业内人士都在探讨、研究。科技的进步，对图书馆读者服务工作不可缺少的环节——流通工作的发展带来了机遇和奠定了基础。本文通过比对现实，思考传统流通工作的问题，探究本院流通工作改革创新之路，建议通过内部挖潜，提高内力，更好地为读者服务。
