| 摘 要： | 战略变化理论是当前战略管理研究领域的一个重要内容。本文阐述了战略变化的基本概念，总结现有的战略变化研究的理论基础及主要观点，并进一步指出了战略变化研究不足以及对今后有关研究方向的建议。
