| 摘 要： | 图书馆的电子资源基本来源于购买和自建，其电子资源受知识产权保护，其中大部分在校外是限制访问，只有一小部分是免费访问。图书馆开展校外访问其电子资源服务，既提高电子资源的利用率，又方便用户的有效利用，使用户的合法权益得到全面履行。

| Abstract: | Library s electronic resources basically include the purchased and the self-constructed. Because of the intellectual property rights protection, most of them are restricted to access from off-campus , the fewer are free access. The off-campus service not only can enhance the use rate of electronic resources and the user s efficiency , but also overall fulfills the lawful user s rights. |
